Two cafés and an outdoor courtyard create an exciting new culinary experience for the  Dublin 1 area. Flexible workspaces including hot desks, hybrid facilities, meeting zones and event  spaces cater to a varying workforce. The considered and vibrant design provides beauty and  inspiration to all who visit. 

The use of fabric to alter, enhance and soften the structural fabric of a building has provided  inspiration and informed the proposed design. This has translated to adding texture, colour and  volume to the existing grid like structure to create a more welcoming and dynamic space.
