This coworking space brings members of various design and art disciplines tasked with the  design or redesign of a city in a manner where the civic nature of a city is to the benefit of  its inhabitants. The design stems from the idea of Civic Ground which occupies the space  between the public and domestic territories.  

The program required an element of public interaction with this ostensibly private building.  A third space is generated on the ground floor with circulation and connection pivoting  around the atrium carved into the centre of the building, shifting services toward the darker  perimeters and bringing human and visual connection to the fore.
